EY Park is Senior Director, Data and Analytics, at University Pension Plan (UPP) in Toronto, where she is responsible for establishing and leading the definition, model, and enablement of data and analytics across the organization from intake to consumption, including data governance, data engineering, data operations, meta data management, data architecture, and data integration. She has deep expertise in technology strategy, data management, analytics, and customer experience strategy, and brings two decades of experience in data, tech, marketing, and product development roles at large public and private sector organizations. Prior to joining UPP, EY she held various leadership roles in Data Strategy & Analytics Enablement where she was responsible for the design and execution of the data strategy and data technology platforms.
