Heathcliff is a Director, NLP Product (RBC Brain). Since 2018, he is building and deploying AI applications including conversational AI systems at scale (pre-chat GPT). He champions use of natural language interfaces to enable superior user experiences, workflow automation and to generate efficiencies using AI. He brings over 12 years of technology management consulting and product management experience and is passionate about democratizing access to AI inside world class organizations.
