Subbarao Kambhampati is a professor of computer science at Arizona State University and the chief AI officer for AI Foundation, which focuses on the responsible development of AI technologies. He was president of the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence and helped start the Conference on AI, Ethics and Society. He was also a founding board member of Partnership on AI. He is a fellow of Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence, American Association for the Advancement of Science and Association for Computing machinery.
