Masha is currently the Divisional Vice President of Intelligent Automation at Hudson’s Bay Company, the parent company of Saks Fifth Avenue, Saks Off Fifth in the US and Hudson’s Bay in Canada. Masha currently leads the machine learning and robotics process automation practice at HBC, with a strategy to radically improve the customer experience and operational effectiveness at the organization. Previously at HBC Masha has also held the position of Divisional Vice President of Strategy for Lord & Taylor.  Prior to working at HBC Masha was the head of merchandising, planning, and ecommercel at MM.LaFleur, a  NYC based womenswear startup. Masha joined MM as one of the first employees and helped grow the business 10x during her time there. Masha’s has also held various merchandising, planning and eCommerce functions at West Elm, Macy's and Amazon. Masha us a graduate of NYU’s Stern School of business and lives in Brooklyn with her husband and puppy.
