With a Ph.D in Computer Security and a fellowship in Digital Forensics, Dr. Ali Dehghantanha is a leader in the field of cybersecurity and digital forensics. He is currently the director of Cyber Science Lab
and Director of Master of Cybersecurity and Threat Intelligence
program at the University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada. He has achieved a strong track record of innovation and excellence throughout his career as an independent researcher. He has been an invited or keynote speaker at many national and international conferences and has published more than 100 peer-reviewed papers. In 2015, he was awarded a prestigious EU Marie Curie International Incoming Research Fellowship in “Privacy Respecting Digital Forensics”. Dr. Dehghantanha’s innovative research program has attracted many gifted highly qualified personnel to his lab. His students have appeared as authors on many of his papers and all have secured prestigious positions in academic, industry and/or government.
