How does COVID-19 impact Big Data and AI Toronto?

Big Data and AI Toronto is going virtual! In addition to postponing the event to September 29-30, 2020, the event will be taking place online. Attendees, speakers, and exhibitors can attend virtually.

  • The virtual event can be accessed on September 29-30 through your desktop and mobile, from the comfort of your home
  • If you’re a registered attend, you can visit this page to log in to the virtual platform.

  • Big Data, AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity virtual conference Rooms
  • All virtual Expo Floor theatres (Main Stage, Big Data Theatre, AI Theatre, Cloud Theatre, Cybersecurity Theatre)
  • All networking features of the Virtual event platform
  • On-Demand access to sessions post-event

WHAT CAN I ACCESS WITH MY EXPO PASS ?

  • All virtual Expo Floor theatres (Main Stage, Big Data Theatre, AI Theatre, Cloud Theatre, Cybersecurity Theatre)
  • All networking features of the Virtual event platform
  • On-Demand access to sessions post-event

I’m looking to switch my existing conference pass to a virtual conference pass, will I receive a refund?

All conference passes are automatically changed to virtual ones and have been refunded the price difference. Please contact us on info@bigdata-toronto.com if you are not seeing your refund.

I am not able to attend the virtual event, do I receive a refund?

We completely understand that the change in date and format does not suit everyone and we are more than happy to issue full refunds for those who cannot make it. Anyone who has purchased a conference pass can claim a refund for the 2020 event. Please note that the last day to request a refund is September 21st, 2020. After that date, we will automatically transfer your ticket to Big Data and AI Toronto 2021. Please contact us if you have any questions.

WILL PRESENTATION SLIDES BECOME AVAILABLE ?

Yes, with the new virtual event, you will get access to the recordings and slides for all sessions during, and to the approved ones post-event. The on-demand replays will be available the week of October 5th, 2020.

What sessions do I have access to?

  • Virtual Conference Pass holders will have access to all 250 sessions at the event including: Virtual Main Stage, 4 Virtual Expo Theatres, 4 Virtual Conference Rooms, and Masterclasses
  • Virtaul Expo Pass and Career Development Pass holders will have access to the 100 sessions presented on the Virtual Main Stage and 4 Virtual Expo Theatres

ARE THERE DEDICATED NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES ?

There are two 1-hour and 30-minute dedicated networking breaks on each day in the morning and afternoon. You are welcomed to browse through the attendee directory and find your like-minded peers, schedule 1-on01 meetings or you can participate in our networking lounge for group networking.

IS THERE AN EVENT APP ?

Yes! The virtual event can be accessed through your desktop and mobile. If you’re a registered attendee, you will receive a link to log in to the platform the week of September 21st, 2020
