Carolyn leads the Data Analytics and Insights group at Rogers. She brings to her role a deep knowledge of advanced technologies and customer journeys to increase customer engagement, drive operational innovation and grow profitability. Her passion for innovation and optimization – leveraging AI, machine learning and big data – is instrumental in advancing data-driven digital transformation across the Rogers for Business division.
Carolyn is an active alumnus of McGill University’s MBA program and holds a Bachelor of Finance & Economics from the University of Western Ontario. Carolyn previously held leadership roles at Microsoft, Avaya and Ericsson.
