Interview with Elias Hadaya, WORLD VISION

We return this series with Elias Hadaya, Director of Insight and Research at World Vision Canada. I spoke to him about the ways in which Big Data is driving causes for NGO’s. For Elias, it was finding a way in which to understand their donors, what drives them, and creating better donor experience practices in his organization.
