INTERVIEW SERIES: DATA HEROES

Interview with Elias Hadaya, WORLD VISION

We return this series with Elias Hadaya, Director of Insight and Research at World Vision Canada. I spoke to him about the ways in which Big Data is driving causes for NGO’s. For Elias, it was finding a way in which to understand their donors, what drives them, and creating better donor experience practices in his organization.

World Vision is a Christian relief, development, and advocacy organization working to create lasting change in the lives of children, families, and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. Inspired by our Christian values, World Vision is dedicated to serving all people. Donors, fundraisers, and passionate advocates are critical to World Vision’s operations. In Canada alone, more than 400,000 people sponsor underprivileged children through World Vision.
